Merger and Acquisition Analyst H/F

As part of our international development strategy, we are currently looking for an (International) Merger & Acquisition Senior Analyst / Manager.

As part of our International Development team, you will be part of our International Development team, composed of our EVP International Director, our Group M&A director and our M&A Analyst.

You will support the team with financial modelling, due diligence coordination and the preparation of investment presentations. You will also support our local development team, across Europe, by setting up best practices and supporting them in the realisation of complex M&A transactions, when required.

This will quickly translate over time in significant impact for our Group, with increasing responsibility on M&A transactions across Europe.

More specifically, you will be able to:

  • Conducting researches about potential market and potential acquisition targets
  • Develop & review detailed financial models
  • Help to develop & implement standardized M&A processes, based on industry best practices
  • Prepare investment presentation (based on sharp & compelling analysis)
  • Assist in coordinating transactions and collaborate with external advisors and other third parties
  • Assist in execution of deals by supporting key elements of the deal process as well as managing work streams on your own
  • Have the opportunity to work and learn with and from our senior management /
  • executives
  • Participate to the vibrant M&A consolidation across the global healthcare industry      


Your profile

  • You have strong analytical and numerical skills
  • You are passionate about learning and growing your professional profile
  • You are committed to excellence and willing to develop and maintain high professional standards
  • You are keen to perform under pressure, while keeping a strong attention to detail
  • You have excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have a good academic background (preferably a business, finance, economic or engineering master degree).
  • You have excellent command of English and of an another language
  • You may have 4 – 8 year experience in M&A (in: corporate M&A, investment bank, private equity, corporate finance boutique)
  • You will have an advantage if you have previous exposure to healthcare, real estate or retail network-based businesses
